Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Health Outlook provides the services described in these terms. These terms take effect when you first create an account, purchase a subscription, or otherwise use the services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum legal age required in your location to use the services. If you use the services for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

The service

Health Outlook Trainer provides tools for workout planning, exercise education, progress tracking, connected-health features, and AI-assisted coaching. Features may change as the product develops, and some features may be unavailable, interrupted, or discontinued.

You remain responsible for your training decisions, equipment, environment, technique, and compliance with applicable rules or professional guidance.

Subscriptions and billing

Coach Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system. The subscription duration, introductory offer if eligible, renewal price, and billing terms are displayed before purchase, and Apple’s confirmation sheet is the final authority for the transaction.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel, an auto-renewable subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price shown by Apple. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Any trial or introductory offer converts to the displayed renewal plan unless canceled before the offer ends.

Deleting your Health Outlook account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Restore Purchases can recover an eligible active entitlement associated with the App Store account. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.

Health and safety

The services provide general fitness and educational information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.

Exercise involves risk. Use appropriate judgment, inspect equipment, choose suitable loads and movements, and stop if you experience pain, faintness, chest discomfort, severe breathing difficulty, or another concerning symptom. Seek appropriate medical or emergency help when needed.

AI-assisted features

AI-generated recommendations may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Review output before relying on it, especially when it relates to health, safety, injuries, or exercise selection. AI output does not replace professional judgment.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the services unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm, threaten, harass, or exploit another person.
• Do not interfere with security, access another account without permission, introduce malicious code, or overload or disrupt the services.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights or contains unlawful or malicious material.

Your content

You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You give us a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and use that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that its use as described here will not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

Our content and intellectual property

The services, software, design, branding, and original content are owned by Health Outlook or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the services for their intended purpose.

Third-party services

The services may depend on or link to third-party platforms, devices, content, or providers, including Apple HealthKit and AI service providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the services, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms.

You can permanently delete your account from Profile in the mobile app. Account deletion removes access to account data but does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Questions about account deletion can be sent to support@getmypersonaltrainer.com.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user or goal.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Health Outlook is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Disputes and applicable law

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact support@getmypersonaltrainer.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. The laws and courts that apply depend on mandatory rules governing your relationship with Health Outlook. These terms do not take away consumer protections or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use the services after revised terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires another form of consent.
