Corrections Policy
Accuracy and safety concerns should be handled visibly and proportionately.
What to report
- An unsupported, outdated, or misleading training claim.
- A safety issue, contraindication, or unclear exercise instruction.
- Incorrect authorship, credentials, dates, citations, or product information.
- A broken link or accessibility problem that blocks use of the content.
How corrections are handled
The editorial owner checks the report against the original source and page history. Material changes receive reviewer approval before the page is republished. A correction note should explain what changed and when; minor spelling or formatting fixes do not normally need a public note.
During this pilot, the public reporting channel is not yet configured. Until it is, the workout library remains noindex and cannot pass its publication gate.
