What to include

• The email address associated with your account, if the question is account-related.
• What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
• Your device model and iOS version for app issues.
• A screenshot or screen recording, if it does not expose sensitive health or account information.

Account and privacy requests

You can use the support email for questions about sign-in, access to your information, correction, export, consent withdrawal, or account deletion. Send the request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify it before acting.

You can permanently delete your account from the app. The in-app flow explains that deleting a Health Outlook account does not cancel an App Store subscription, which must be managed separately through Apple.

Purchases and subscriptions

Use Restore Purchases in the app if an active App Store subscription is not recognized after reinstalling the app or signing in. Make sure the device is signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple controls billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests; Health Outlook support will never ask for your Apple Account password.

Workout, exercise, and media issues

Tell us the workout or exercise name and where the problem appeared. For missing or incorrect thumbnails, videos, instructions, or workout history, include the exact screen and exercise name when possible.

Editorial and accessibility feedback

Use the same email address for corrections, source questions, accessibility problems, or feedback about the public training library.

Health Outlook does not provide emergency services or individualized medical care. Contact local emergency services for urgent symptoms and an appropriately licensed professional for personal health concerns.
